Pathways Care is an experienced care organisation which was started to deliver care to adults and children. Our aim is to provide the best possible care and support to the elderly and vulnerable, in the comfort of their own home, residential and community settings.  Not only does this enable them to live independently, but they also have respect, dignity, and the privacy that comes with being cared for in their own homes and in the community. All users of our services make informed choices about their care and remain the focus of our work with them.
