PATHWAYS CARE LIMITED was founded to provide care that is tailored to the needs of the users. The managers are experienced professionals who worked in various care settings over decades. The managers recognise the gaps in service delivery for the most vulnerable in the community and want to do something to provide an improved service for them in the community. Our hope is to do more direct work with service users and families and improve the quality service for anyone who works with us.

Our focus is to move away from a task-oriented approach, as we adopt a person centred and outcome focused approach. Our staff focus on the person, their support, their wellbeing and their strengths to make sure that, all who use our services achieve their best possible desired outcome.

Our ethos is to value you, listen to you, be your voice, to make sure that you are part of the decision-making process that affects your life. We will always place you at the centre of any decision-making process. You will always be consulted and your wishes and feelings sought, recorded and respected. Through your feedback, we will improve service delivery and address any concerns you may have.

Despite the challenges posed by Covid-19 pandemic, we developed a very stable workforce. Our team of carers work together as a family and support each other. All users of our service have consistency and get to have the same carers, which makes it easy to form positive relationships. We currently serve several private and council funded clients in the New Forest Areas; Hart and Rushmoor; Dorset; Southend-on-Sea and North Nottinghamshire areas, in residential care settings, care at home services and outreach services. We are growing steadily and safely with all our clients who are part of the Pathways family.

We promise to treat our clients as individuals, with respect and dignity and to concentrate on matching their specific needs with the skills of our valued care workers. Where there are any identified gaps in service provision, appropriate action will be taken immediately. We continue to go far and beyond the call of our duties to make sure that anyone using the service or their family gets the support they need and we also liaise with other professionals on their behalf, with their consent.
